The Leadership Academy is a group of young leaders aged 11+ within your club that want to develop themselves and their skills in the gymnastics environment.
Regional Days are essentially development days for young leaders around a Region to come together, socialise, participate in workshops and courses which all count towards their development through the Leadership Academy.
